Dot master Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dot master ("the game", "we", "us") handles information when you play the Android app or use related online services such as leaderboards.
Information We Collect
Dot master may process the following information:
- Gameplay and world leaderboard data, such as score, run results, stage progress, selected game mode, timing, and gameplay events needed to rank or display results.
- Account or sign-in data if you use Google Sign-In, such as a Google account identifier, display name, and email address provided by Google for authentication.
- Advertising and consent data handled through Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform, including advertising identifiers, device information, consent choices, and ad interaction data where applicable.
- Technical and diagnostic data, such as app version, device class, operating system, screen size, browser/WebView details, crash or error details, network logs, and server request logs.
- Local app settings stored on your device, such as audio volume, graphics mode, control settings, saved solo run state, and tutorial or preference flags.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve the game, provide leaderboards and account features, show and measure ads, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, preserve gameplay preferences, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Advertising
The Android app uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Google and its partners may collect and process data according to their own policies, including data used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted by your consent choices.
You can learn more about Google's advertising practices at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Third-Party Services
Dot master may use third-party services including Google Play, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Google APIs, Cloudflare, and hosting or backend services used to operate leaderboards and app APIs. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the app, advertising, authentication, analytics, hosting, leaderboard, security, and support features. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public.
Data Retention
Local settings remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Leaderboard, account, telemetry, server log, and diagnostic records may be retained as long as needed to operate the game, maintain rankings, prevent abuse, debug issues, comply with legal obligations, or support users.
Children
Dot master is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Your Choices
- You may clear local data through Android app settings.
- You may manage advertising consent choices through the privacy options shown in the app where required.
- You may avoid Google Sign-In and play without linking a Google account when account features are optional.
- You may request deletion or review of account-related or leaderboard-related data by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
